Laura Caponetto is a Post-Doc Research Fellow in Philosophy of Language at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University (Milan) and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Pavia, where she teaches Verbal Communication and Media Language. She obtained her PhD in Philosophy at San Raffaele University in 2019 with a dissertation on speech acts and silencing. She is Founding Member and Secretary of SWIP Italia (Italian Society for Women in Philosophy). Her research interests span from Pragmatics and Social Philosophy of Language to Philosophy of Sex and Gender Studies.
