Valerio Buonomo is Ph.D. Candidate in Philosophy at the State University of Milan, member of the Centre for Philosophy of Time, and research fellow within the OntoForMat research project. His areas of specialty are metaphysics, ontology, philosophy of time. His research concerns mainly the problem of personal identity and the constitutive conditions of persistence over time. He is also interested in the history of analytic philosophy (in particular Quine and Lewis), metametaphysics, and philosophy of mind. In 2014 he has been Visiting Scholar at Logos Research Group, University of Barcelona (Spain), and in 2010-11 Visiting Student at the Department of Philosophy of the Eberhard-Karls University of Tuebingen (Germany).
