Anna Ichino

 

Anna Ichino is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Milan, La Statale. She previously held research and teaching positions at Bar-Ilan University (Tel Aviv), at the University of Antwerp’s Centre for Philosophical Psychology, and at the University of Nottingham – from which she received her PhD in 2015. She works primarily in the philosophy of mind and philosophical psychology, with a focus on the cognitive architecture of propositional attitudes such as imagination and belief. She has also research interests in aesthetics, especially in the cognitive underpinnings of our engagement with fictional works of art.
