Arianna Beghetto received her PhD from the University of Advanced Studies (IUSS) of Pavia, in 2023. Her research mainly centers on the field of the philosophy of mind and cognitive science, with a special focus on the hard problem of consciousness and on the Illusionist theory. She is also interested in the philosophy of psychology, specifically in issues regarding affective states and their relation with language and thought.
