Francesca Pero is a postdoctoral research fellow in the PRIN project “The Manifest Image and Scientific Image” (Prot. 2017ZNWW7F) at the University of Florence. Her research primarily focuses on the role of the concept of structure in the philosophical analysis of modeling and scientific representation. She received her PhD in Philosophy from the University of Florence where she previously graduated in Logic, History and Philosophy of Science.
