Francesco Marchi

 

Francesco Marchi works as post-doctoral research assistant at the department of Philosophy II of the Ruhr University of Bochum. His research in empirically informed Philosophy of Mind focusses on perception, attention and belief acquisition. He has authored a monograph titled “The Attentional Shaping of Perceptual Experience, edited by Springer, as well as several peer-reviewed articles on topics such as perception, attention, consciousness, self-deception, cognitive penetrability and perceptual epistemology.
