Roberto Horácio de Sá Pereira holds a PhD in Philosophy from Free Universität Berlin and has pursued several postdoctoral studies in various countries. His research interests span analytical epistemology, philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, philosophy of perception (including metaphysics of perception and epistemology of perception), philosophy of cognitive science, and the history of philosophy, with a focus on Kant and the 18th century. Currently, he holds the position of distinguished professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
